Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions prescribed by articles 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 31, 35, 36, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 62, 63, 64, 65, 67, 78 and 81 of the Regulation on conducting the inspection on navigation safety (Official Gazette 127/2005, 38/2008). The Regulation also cancels the provisions of articles 60 and 61.
This Regulation makes some major changes to the Annex that is reprinted among the amendments.
Changes are related to the general definitions, inspection duties and responsibilities, administrative and legal provisions, technical standards, and offences and penalties.
