Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation on fishing opportunities and fishing of igloo (Xiphias gladius), published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 39/2018.
Changes are related to the quota form the article 5 of the original text; fishing vessel issues from the article 9; sporting and recreation fishing provisions in article 11.
Also Annexes I, II and III are changed (Allocation of state quotas to economic and non-commercial fishing as well as to the sub-category of economic and non-commercial fishing in 2019; List of vessels eligible for the national quota for such fishing; List of vessels that can exercise the right to commercial fishing of igloo with pond and landing method in 2019). New re-edited Annexes are part of this text.
