Abstract
This Regulation, with the aim of rational management and protection of the igloo, prescribe the provisions related to the catch, control and surveillance over the fishing of igloo (Xiphias gladius).
The rules here stipulated are including the: fishing methods, fishing gear and fishing permits; manner of disposing of the state quota and the conditions for the allocation of the same; minimum catch size and presentation of catches; capacity management of fishing fleet for catch; performance of sport and recreational fishing; sampling; and ports designated for landing.
The Annex is also part of this publication.
