Abstract
This Regulation amends several articles provided by the Regulation on the implementation of direct aid to agriculture and rural development measures (Official Gazette 35/2015 and 53/2015).
Major changes are related to the agricultural land registered in ARKOD database; rules governing the aid for young farmers and new farmers; funding support for the Agriculture, Environment and Climate Change", "Organic farming" and "Payments areas with natural or other specific constraints”; and many more.
This Regulation also amends the contents of the Annex, which is an integral part of this text.
