Regulation on the implementation of direct aid to agriculture and rural development measures (IACS) for 2016.

This Regulation defines various terms and rules for the submission of application for the program of direct payments (aid to agriculture and rural development), as well as detailed conditions and procedures for the following: allocation and use of payment entitlements from the national reserve; transfer of payment entitlements; payment for agricultural practices that are beneficial for climate and environment; payments for young farmers; concrete terms for the implementation of IACS rural development measures for the preservation of native and endangered species and varieties of agricultural plants, which are financed from the state budget.
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in various European Council Regulations, as listed in the article 1, paragraph 3, points 1-11.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
