Regulation on the implementation of direct aid to agriculture and rural development measures (IACS).

This Regulation defines the application and mode of implementation of the program of direct payments, as well as detailed conditions and procedures for handling the basic payments and the allocation and use of payment entitlements, rights to payments from the national reserve and rights to other related payments (agriculture and rural development); support measures from the program of direct payments such as payment for agricultural practices, reallocated payments, payments for young farmers and programs for small farmers.
This text transposes the rules contained in various European Council Directives and other documents.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
