Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions stipulated by the Regulation on the implementation of direct aid to agriculture and rural development measures (IACS) for 2016 (Official Gazette 20/2016).
Major changes are related to the administrative issues (transfer of authorizations for direct payments, article 25); and some registration issues (article 28).
