Regulation on the implementation of direct aid to agriculture and rural development measures (IACS) for 2017.

This Regulation determines the rules for the effective implementation of the measures from the direct agriculture payments programme (IAKS or IACS), and detailed terms and procedures for exercising the basic payment, allocation and use of rights to payments from national reserves (including the payments for climate and environment-friendly agricultural practices, redistributed payments, payments for young farmers, production-related grants and programmes for small scale farmers; state aid measures that are financed from the national budget, and detailed conditions and procedures for granting of such aid).
This Regulation also adopts the rules contained in many European Union and European Commission Regulations as listed in the provisions of the article 1 (paragraph 2) of this text.
The above mentioned incentives are related to the following: tobacco; dairy cows; breeding sows; olive oil.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
