Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation on the implementation of direct support to agriculture and IACS rural development measures for 2020 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 22/2020).
Changes are regarding new relevant European Union legislative documents; also several official administrative deadlines are extended; in article 169, after paragraph 4, the following paragraph 5 is added: "(5) During a state of emergency caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus, an electronically submitted single application without an electronic signature shall be considered an obvious error". Further different technical issues are amended and supplemented (see also new Annex I).
