Regulation on the implementation of direct support to agriculture and IACS rural development measures for 2021.

This Decree, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, determines the supervision of areas, the submission of a single application and the manner of implementation and sets detailed conditions and procedures for achieving the following measures from the direct payments programme: 1. basic payment, allocation and use of payment entitlements from national reserves, transfer of payment entitlements; 2. payments for agricultural practices beneficial for the climate and the environment, redistributed payments, payments for young farmers, production-linked subsidies and programs for small farmers-State aid measures financed from the state budget and detailed conditions and procedures for obtaining aid for extremely sensitive sectors: a) tobacco; b) dairy cows; c) breeding sows; d) olive oil; e) preservation of domestic and domesticated varieties of agricultural plants. This text lays down specific provisions in terms of European Union regulations, including their amendments, as listed in article 1 (paragraph 2).
