Abstract
This Regulation amends certain parts of the Regulation on the implementation of the schemes of school fruit and vegetables (Official Gazette 47/2015 and 55/2015).
Major changes are related to the introduction of the rules and terms contained in the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 907/2014 of 11 March 2014 and its amending Regulation (EU) no. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament regarding the paying agency and other bodies, financial management, settlement of accounts, guarantees and use the euro.
