Regulation on the implementation of the schemes of school fruit and vegetables.

This Regulation hereby determines the: target groups; area and period of necessary implementation; eligible products; frequency and manner of delivery and distribution; issues for selection of suppliers; competent authorities and administrative controls and inspections (all related to the implementation of the schemes of fruit and vegetables as foods to be present in Croatian schools).
This text transposes the provisions contained in the following documents: Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organization of agricultural markets and its repealing Regulations (EEC) No. 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EC) No. 1037/2001 and (EC) No. 1234/2007; Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 907/2014 of 11 March 2014 and amending Regulation (EU) no. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council regarding the paying agency and other bodies, financial management, settlement of accounts, guarantees and the use of the euro; Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/247 of 17 December 2015 and its amending Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council regarding the support of the Union for the delivery and distribution of fruit and vegetables, processed fruit and vegetables and banana products within the fruit and vegetables in schools; Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/248 of 17 December 2015 laying down the rules for the application of Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council regarding the support of the Union for the delivery and distribution of fruit and vegetables, processed fruit and vegetables and banana products within the fruit and vegetables in schools and on determining the indicative allocation of this aid.
