Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the implementation of temporary extraordinary support measures to producers of apples and tangerines in the process of withdrawal from the market for free distribution. (Official Gazette 88/2015).
Changes are related to the issues granting the certification of conformity of fruit and vegetables with the marketing standards; agricultural inspector’s duties in terms of official certification; and provisions adopting the related rules contained into the Commission Regulation (EU) no. 543/2011.
