Abstract
This Regulation provides the terms to be observed in relation to the temporary extraordinary support measures for producers of apples and tangerines in the process of withdrawal of the same from markets.
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organization of agricultural markets and its repealing Regulations (EEC) No. 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EC) No. 1037/2001 and (EC) No. 1234/2007; Commission Regulation (EU) no. 543/2011 of 7 June 2011 laying down the detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 for the sectors of fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables; and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/921 of 10 June 2016 establishing additional temporary extraordinary support measures for producers of certain fruits and vegetables.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
