Regulation on the implementation of temporary extraordinary support measures to producers of apples and tangerines in the process of withdrawal from the market for free distribution.

This Regulation determines the temporary exceptional measures aimed to offer support to apple and mandarin producers (based on the territory of the Republic of Croatia) in terms of direct implementation of the process of withdrawal from the free distribution market and ensures the implementation of the rules contained in the following documents: Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in agricultural products and the abrogation of Council Regulations (EEC) Nos. 922/72, (EEC) 234/79, (EC) no. 1037/2001 and (EC) Nos. 1234/2007; Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1165 of 20 April 2017 establishing temporary interim measures to support producers of certain fruits; Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/891 of 13 March 2017 supplementing Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the fruit and vegetable sector and the processing of fruit and vegetables and amending Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards fines to be applied in those sectors and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 543/2011; Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/892 of 13 March 2017 laying down rules for the application of the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council in the fruit and vegetable sector and in the processing of fruit and vegetables; and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 543/2011 of 7 June 2011 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 for fruit and vegetable and fruit and vegetable fruits and vegetables.
