This Regulation amends certain articles part of the Regulation on the licence for commercial fishing and licence register (Official Gazette 130/2013).
Major changes are related to the technical standards and issues, administrative requirements necessary for the registration process, licence issuance manner, and other specific rules governing the transfer of obtained permits/licences.
