Abstract
This Regulation provides for necessary conditions and procedures for issuing licenses for commercial fisheries, including the concrete content of the forms and administrative contents for license requests, conditions under which it is possible to transfer the obtained privileges to another holder, and issues regarding the Register of commercial fishing licenses.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
