Abstract
This Regulation provides: the conditions and procedures for the correct and controlled issuing of licenses for commercial fishing; the content of the obtained privileges; the conditions under which is possible to transfer the right of privileges to another legal or physical person; the method for implementing of public call for redemption and transfer of obtained licences; the conditions under which it is possible to transfer the privilege/licence to the new owner; the content and manner of keeping the register of issued licenses; the manner of keeping the Register and its contents.
