Regulation amending the Regulation on the marketing of fodder plant seed.

This Regulation hereby (as amending Regulation of the Regulation on the marketing of fodder plant seed, Official Gazette 129/2007 and 78/2010) adopts the terms, provisions and related consequential new classification and technical issues contained in the following documents: Commission Directive 2007/72/EC of 13 December 2007 amending and supplementing the provisions of Council Directive 66/401/EEC as regards the inclusion of the species Galega orientalis Lam; Commission Directive 2008/124/EC of 18 December 2008 that limits the marketing of seed of certain species of fodder plants, oil and fiber plants other than seed which has been officially certified as basic seed or certified seed; Commission Directive 2009/74/EC of 26 June 2009 that amends and implements the provisions of Council Directives such as 66/401/EEC, 66/402/EEC, 2002/55/EC and 2002/57/EC as regards the botanical names of plants, the scientific names of other organisms; Annex of the Directive 66/401/EEC, 66/402/EEC and 2002/57/EC as regards the developments in scientific and technical knowledge; Implementing Commission Directive 2012/37/EU of 22 November 2012 that amends certain technical Annexes part of Council Directives 66/401/EEC and 66/402/EEC as regards the conditions to be met by seeds of Galega orientalis Lam (or maximum weight of seed lots of forage crops and mass sampling issues for Sorghum spp-plant species).
This Regulation also amends various parts of the Annex.
The amended parts of the Annex are an integral part of this Regulation.
