Regulation on placing forage plant seeds on the market.

This Regulation prescribes the types of fodder plants whose seeds can be certified and the conditions for seed certification; categories of seeds of individual types of fodder plants and the conditions that individual categories of seeds must meet; conditions for the production of fodder plant seeds; conditions and procedure for official supervision and supervision under expert control; training program and conditions under which a supplier is approved to perform supervision under expert control; conditions that must be met by suppliers of agricultural seeds; method and time of application for supervision; Report form; Certificate form on recognition of seed crop; content and method of keeping records of issued forms; content, form and method of keeping records of the mass of natural and processed seed received; conditions for preparing seed mixtures and the procedure for official supervision when preparing seed mixtures; minimum requirements for seed quality; size of seed lots for individual types of plants and their mixtures; supervision of the work of samplers; supervision of laboratory work; form of Request for Issuance of Seed Certificates; documentation, content, form and method of keeping records of issued seed certificates; method and conditions for conducting post-control for individual types of fodder plants; method and conditions for packaging, sealing and labelling of fodder plant seeds; size of small packages for individual types of fodder plants; conditions for wholesale and retail trade in seeds; conditions for placing on the market seeds treated with plant protection products; documents that must accompany seeds and/or be on the packaging during import; conditions for importing and placing on the market seeds with regard to packaging, sealing and labelling.
