Regulation amending the Regulation on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production.

This Regulation amends some provisions provided by the Regulation on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production (Official Gazette 100/2009 and 153/2009).
Changes are related to the issues governing over the sampling of propagating material and fruit plants for laboratory analysis (conducted by competent authorities on the territory of the Republic of Croatia); and some additional sampling provisions (to be observed by staff members of the Croatian Centre for agriculture, food and rural affairs-Plant Protection Institute).
