Abstract
This Regulation amends many provisions stipulated by the Regulation on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production (Official Gazette 100/2009, 153/2009 and 72/2010).
Major changes are related to the application for professional supervision; changes in the Annex I and II (regarding the production of certified seeds, classification of fruit species and other relevant issues).
