Abstract
This Regulation amends many provisions stipulated by the Regulation on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production (Official Gazette 100/2009, 153/2009, 72/2010 and 30/2011).
Significant changes are related to the issues governing the sampling of propagating material and fruit plants for laboratory analysis; rules for small-scale seedling producers; applications and reports on official inspections; and the adoption of the new Annex IV.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
