Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the marketing of seeds of oil and fiber plants (Official Gazette 126/2007).
Major changes are related to the: basic definitions and rules; specific technical info and official names of certain species; some market rules regarding the seeds of soybean, flax, rapeseed, turnip rape, hemp, safflower, cumin, cotton, opium poppy, brown mustard, white mustard and sunflower; seed supplier requirements (article 5); and seed and their certificates (packaging, labelling, placed on the Croatian market before the Croatian accession to the EU).
This Regulation further amends some technical parts and official form part of the Annexes I-V.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
