Regulation on the Marketing of Seeds of Oil and Fiber Plants.

This Regulation prescribes the type of oil and fiber plants whose seed can be certified and certification requirements, seed categories of certain types of oil and fiber plants and the conditions which must be satisfied in certain categories of seeds, conditions for the production of seed oil and fiber plants, conditions and procedure for supervision and supervision under official controls, training program and the conditions under which the supplier approves the supervision under official control, conditions to be met by suppliers of agricultural seeds, manner and time of application for surveillance, report form, the form of the Certificate of recognition of seed crops, content and manner of keeping records of issued forms, content, form and manner of keeping records on raw and processed seeds, minimum requirements on the quality of seeds, seed lot size for each type of plant, supervision of samplers, supervision of laboratories.
This Regulation also prescribes the standards for application form for certification of seeds; documents, content, form and manner of keeping records of issued certificates of semen, the methods and subsequent implementation of control for certain types of oil and fiber plants, the methods for packaging, sealing and labelling for seeds of oil and fiber plants ; requirements for small size packaging for certain types of oil and fiber plants; terms of trade of seed wholesale and retail trade; conditions on the marketing of seeds that were treated with chemicals or pesticides; seeds that meet the requirements of organic farming; documents that must accompany the importation of seed and/or to be on the packaging; conditions for the import and marketing of seeds in terms of packaging, sealing and labelling.
The Annexes I-VI are an integral part of this Regulation.
