Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on municipal waste management (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 50/2017).
Changes are related to the contents of article 3 (setting out definitions and official denominations); article 4 (general issues on providing public services for the collection of mixed municipal waste and biodegradable municipal waste); issues form articles 14, 17, 18 and 20 (provisions aimed for public services).
This publication also adds an Annex, containing the official classification List of sub-categories of non-household users that are subject to terms of municipal waste management (see the end of the text).

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 7 that shall start applying form 1 January 2020.
