Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions brought by the Regulation on the quality of liquid petroleum fuels (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 130/2013 and 76/2017).
Changes are related to the introduction of new legal references, related to the Commission Directives that are to be considered as adopted and respected by the Croatian legal system (list of references in the text).
This Regulation further establishes the competent authority for the implementation of the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/253 of 16 February 2015 on the establishment of sampling and reporting rules in accordance with Council Directive 1999/32/EC concerning the sulfur content of marine fuels.
