Abstract
This Regulation sets the official limit values as regards the quality of liquid petroleum fuels, including the methods of determining and monitoring the effective quality of such liquid petroleum fuels, the conditions for the operation of all authorized sampling laboratories for related analysis.
This text also determines the way of demonstrating conformity of the product, the name and marking of the product, and the deadlines for the submission of reports on the quality of liquid petroleum fuels and of consequential annual greenhouse gas emissions report.
All related European Union legal acts that are considered under the terms of this Regulation are listed in article 2.
The Annex (I-VI) is an integrated part of this publication (limit values; forms; additional forms for reporting to the European Commission; other calculation methods).
