Regulation on the quality of liquid petroleum fuels and on the method of monitoring and reporting and on the methodology for calculation of greenhouse gas emissions in the life span of delivered fuels and energy.

This Regulation sets the official limit values as regards the quality of liquid petroleum fuels, including the methods of determining and monitoring the effective quality of such liquid petroleum fuels, the conditions for the operation of all authorized sampling laboratories for related analysis.
This text also determines the way of demonstrating conformity of the product, the name and marking of the product, and the deadlines for the submission of reports on the quality of liquid petroleum fuels and of consequential annual greenhouse gas emissions report.
