Abstract
This Regulation lays down the limit values for components and characteristics of liquid petroleum fuels, the method for the correct and necessary analysis and monitoring over the quality of liquid petroleum fuels, method for declaring the compliance with the prescribed values, the conditions for the operation of laboratories for sampling and laboratory analysis and tests of the quality of liquid petroleum fuels, marking and labelling of the related products, and the manner and time for the delivery of the official reports to the environmental Protection Agency or to its competent bodies.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the first day after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 10 which shall fully apply on 1 January 2014.
