Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on the recognition of varieties of agricultural plants (Official Gazette 98/2009).
Major changes are related to the registration issues regarding the not-significant fruit varieties (not intended for commercial production); administrative requirements for the registration of new cultivars (present on the territory of the Republic of Croatia); and some official deadlines/exemptions (see article 4 of this text that concerns the provisions of the article 10 of the original version).
