Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions for the certification of potato seed (potato tubers that are used for reproduction or vegetative reproduction), the categories and conditions for the production of potato seed, the procedure for official supervision of its production, the method of its processing, quality requirements, the procedure and method of issuing a certificate for potato seeds, the method and conditions for its packaging, sealing and labelling, and the conditions for its placing on the market, among conditions for the importing (not meant for export). Categories of seed potatoes can be classified into classes based on the fulfillment of the requirements from Annex 4 and 5 of text.
