Abstract
This Regulation provides for: standards and requirements for the registration of varieties of fruit trees; the manner for keeping the register of varieties.
Varieties of fruit species registred into the list of varieties must be: a) protected by breeding rights in accordance with the provisions for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants; b) officially registered; c) well-known varieties.
The Annexes I and II are an integral part of this Regulation.
