Regulation amending the Regulation on the registration of varieties in the list of varieties of fruit species.

This Regulation amends some articles prescribed by the Regulation on the recognition of varieties of agricultural plants (Official Gazette 98/2009 and 77/2013).
Significant changes are related to the introduction and adoption of the rules and terms provided by the following documents: Commission Directive 2014/97/EU of 15 October 2014 implementing the Council Directive 2008/90/EC as regards the registration of suppliers, and varieties (common list of varieties); further respect the rules stipulated by the: Directive 2001/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 March 2001 on the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms and its repealing Council Directive 90/220/EEC.
This Regulation also amend some part of the Annex (administrative forms, registration documentation/forms).
The amended parts of the Annex are an integral part of this Regulation.
