Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on special conditions for the import of food and feed originating in or shipped from Japan after the incident at the Fukushima nuclear plant (Official Gazette 51/2011).
Changes are related to the general terms and definitions, sanitary inspections and standards for official controls, and certain dates and administrative deadlines.
This Regulation also amends some technical provisions part of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
