Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the vineyard register, compulsory declarations, supporting documents and basement (wine cellar) records (Official Gazette 121/2010, 132/2010 and 78/2011).
Changes are related to the general definitions and terms, administrative requirements, international provisions to be implemented, and smaller technical corrections.
The reprinted Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union, except for the provisions of articles 3, 8 and 9 which shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
