Regulation on the Vineyard Register, Compulsory Declarations, Supporting Documents and Basement (Wine Cellar) Records.

This Regulation shall establish a register of vineyards, a way of keeping the Wine registry, the registration procedure and the Registry of grape, statutory declarations in the wine sector, the contents of the accompanying documents for the grapes, grape and wine cellar, and the manner of keeping records.
Vineyard register is part of the Farm Register.
Vineyard register shall include: a) details of the manufacturer; b) information on the vineyard; c) production data; d) declaration of harvests; e) statements about the production; f) statement of reserves.
Into the vineyard register shall be signed any natural or legal person who: a) uses a vineyard; b) produces grape; c) produces wine; d) carries out the filling activity.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
