Abstract
This Regulation amends various articles part of the Regulation on waste management (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 23/2014 and 51/2014).
Significant changes are related to the official terms, denominations and definitions (articles 2 and 8); issues on disposal of non-conforming chemical properties; some technical provisions of the waste management process; and waste dealer provisions.
This Regulation also amends some parts pf the Annex that is an integral part of this text.
