Regulation on waste management.

This Regulation prescribes the overall waste management conditions, the operations of person responsible for waste management, and determines issues as regards the operation of waste recycling yards.
This text also covers the manner of calculating the amount of insurance against damage that may result from waste management, monitoring provisions, sets out content of the Waste Management Elaborate, and provides for full set of administrative and procedural issues in relation to the waste management and interconnected activities, as granted by the Croatian Law on sustainable waste management.
This Regulation adopts, as regards the Croatian legal system, the provisions of Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 November 2008 on waste and repealing certain Directives (see article 2 for full reference).
The Annex is part of this publication (Annexes I-XVI; containing list of activities and associated procedures for which a waste management issued; list of waste types and conditions for energy processing of certain hazardous waste; and several technical instruction sheets and administrative forms).
