Abstract
This Regulation stipulates all necessary conditions and standards for waste management activities of individuals responsible for waste management, and the operation of the recycling yard on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
This Regulation also prescribes the content of the application for the issuance of permits, the form and content of the permit, the method for the correct calculation of the amount of insurance against damage that may occur as a result of waste management, contents of the official Elaborate on waste management and its prescribed requirements (including the monitoring system control methods), layout and content of the notice of intent for obtaining the licence, and the appearance and content of labels with basic information on waste and activities of the permit holder.
The Annex (containing various administrative forms) is an integral part of this Regulation.
