Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules and measures for the correct and safe trading of semen of domestic animals of the bovine species on the territory of the Croatian Republic and also considering the imports from and/or into the European Union and other non-member states in terms of animal health requirements and safety for genetic resources.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of the articles 11, 12 and 13, including the provisions of the Annex D that will enters into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
