Abstract
This Regulation prescribes conditions which must, in relation to salmonella, comply with the consignment of meat and eggs originating from the Croatian Republic and intended for placing on the market in the Republic of Finland and Kingdom of Sweden.
Sampling of beef, including minced meat but excluding meat preparations and mechanically separated meat, which is intended for marketing in Finland and Sweden are subjects to the microbiological tests, prescribed in the Annex of this Regulation.
Sampling of pig meat, including minced meat but excluding meat preparations and mechanically separated meat, which is intended for marketing in Finland and Sweden and subjects to the microbiological tests, prescribed in the Annex of this Regulation.
Sampling of meat from domestic chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl, ducks and geese, including minced meat but excluding meat preparations and mechanically separated meat, which is intended for marketing in Finland and Sweden and subjects to the microbiological tests, prescribed in the Annex of this Regulation.
Sampling of flocks from which the eggs are originating, and intended for marketing in Finland and Sweden and subjects to the microbiological testing, as prescribed in the Annex of this Regulation.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
