Regulation on auxiliary substances in the production process.

This Regulation determines specific conditions related to the use of auxiliary substances in the production process, including extraction solvents, which are used or intended for use in the production of food or food ingredients. The provisions of this text shall also apply to auxiliary substances in the production process, including extraction solvents, which are used or intended for use in the production of food or food ingredients that are imported into the European Union. The provisions of this text will not apply to auxiliary substances in the production process, including extraction solvents and food containing auxiliary substances and extraction solvents that are exported from the European Union. The Annex contains related lists with values and technical indications.
This Regulation incorporates into the Croatian legislation the provisions provided in the Directive 2009/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approximation of the laws of the Member States on extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredients.
