Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions for beet seed certification, the categories and conditions of production of that seed, the procedure of official supervision over its production, the method of its processing, quality requirements, the procedure and method of issuing certificates for that seed, the method and conditions of its packaging, sealing and marking, and the conditions for placing on the market, including rules regarding the importation of the same.
