Abstract
This Regulation, based on provisions of the Croatian Law on freshwater fisheries, prescribes: 1. form and content of the commercial fishing permit and the request for the issuance of such permits; 2. form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued permits; 3. programme and manner of taking the fishing exam, the amount of exam costs and amount of compensation for work in the committee; 4. form and manner of issuing the certificate of passed fishing exam and the form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued certificates; 5. constructional and technical characteristics, marking, method of use, purpose of certain types of fishing tools and fishing equipment and method and techniques of fishing; 6. form, content and manner of keeping the list of catches in commercial fishing; 7. form, content and manner of submitting catch data in commercial fishing; 8. permitted quantity of retained catch in commercial fishing by fishing areas and individual fish species; 9. number of fishing permits per fishing area in which commercial fishing is permitted; 10. amount and method of payment of the annual fee for commercial fishing; 11. content of the report form on the payment of fees for commercial fishing, the manner and dynamics of submitting electronic reports on those payments to related municipalities/counties.
