This Regulation provides for: the form and procedure for issuing licenses for commercial fishing; the form, content and manner of keeping the Register of privileges; the program and the manner of taking the fishing exam; the form and manner of issuance of the Certificate of the fishing Examination; the form, content and manner of keeping the Register of fishing exams; the purpose, type and quantity of fishing gear and equipment that can be used in a commercial fishing; the ban on commercial fishing in Dunavci area; the form, content and manner of keeping the list of catches in commercial fisheries; the form, content and manner of delivery of the list with data.
