Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions for carrying out analysis of must, wine and other grape and wine, fruit wine, and other products based on fruit wines and the manner and conditions to be met by legal entities when carrying out analysis.
In order to obtain the authorization of the Minister for the professional activities of physico-chemical analysis, the legal person must have: a) base on the Croatian territory; b) confirmation of the body that carries out tasks of the national accreditation.
The Annex is an integral part of this regulation.
