Abstract
This Regulation hereby stipulates the necessary conditions and modalities for exercising the right to obtain the financial support in the field of horse (equine) breeding (related to the year 2016) that was granted by the terms of the National Programme for the support of breeding programs for warm-blooded breeds and horses in the Republic of Croatia for the period 2015-2020.
This text transposes the provisions contained in the following documents: Commission Regulation (EU) no. 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid; and Commission Regulation (EU) no. 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to grant de minimis aid in the agricultural sector.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
