Abstract
This Regulation conditions and manner of implementation of the National Programme for the promotion of breeding programmes for hot blooded breeds and breeding horses in the Republic of Croatia for the period from 2015 to 2020, here related to the year 2019 and 2020.
Measures object of this Regulation, are: improvement of the efficiency of breeding programme; and effective support to the breeding object of the above mentioned Programme.
This text is in accordance with the provisions of the: Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid; and Commission Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agriculture sector.
The Annex (I-V) is also an integrated part of this publication (technical data and lists; administrative forms).
