Abstract
This Regulation, in order to ensure safety of navigation and environmental protection, sets out the principles and procedures related to the operations and maintenance of the Crew Guard members on seagoing ships of Croatian nationality.
This Regulation further lays down the principles for determining the working time and rest of the crew, liability of the crew monitoring activities, safety procedures and related duties, and other important issues necessary for the preservation of the environment from ship sourced pollution.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
