Regulation on conditions, criteria and manner of granting the aid under the measure I.20.

This Regulation provides for necessary conditions, criteria and methods of granting the aid within the EU priorities "Promoting environmentally sustainable, resource-efficient, innovative, competitive and knowledge-based fisheries”, more closely for the measures I.20. "Energy efficiency and climate change mitigation" under the Operational Programme for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Croatia for the programming period 2014-2020, and in accordance with article 41 (paragraph 1) and article 44 (paragraph 1 item d) of the Regulation (EU) no. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the European Fund for maritime affairs and fisheries and its repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 2328/2003, (EC) No. 861/2006, (EC) No. 1198/2006, (EC) No. 791/2007 and Regulation (EU) no. 1255/2011; further also in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 2015/531 of 24 November 2014 and amending Regulation (EU) no. 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the eligible costs for support from the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in order to improve the hygiene, health, safety and working conditions of fishermen, protection and restoration of marine biodiversity and ecosystems, climate change mitigation and in order to improve the energy efficiency of fishing vessels on the Croatian sea.
